On May 13, plaintiffs attorney Tim Blood of San Diego was a guest on “Top Story” with host Chris Reed on San Diego talk radio station AM 600 KOGO. Topics included SB 1281, having to do with defibrillators at businesses; class action “coupon settlements” such as the one in the Ford Explorer case; and “private attorney general” actions against businesses that violate state rules. It’s a stimulating conversation.
