  • “Black boxes” may hold key data in Toyota investigation Wednesday, February 17, 2010

    Wall Street Journal:  Ashby Jones writes on the Journal’s Law Blog about “event data recorders” in automobiles, similar to the “black boxes” on airplanes, and says, “Plaintiffs lawyers and safety advocates are stepping up efforts to get access to the data stored inside Toyota’s black boxes, in the hope of getting more information about what’s caused Toyota’s sudden-acceleration problems.”
