  • Chinese drywall case gets under way in New Orleans Monday, March 15, 2010

    New Orleans Times-Picayune:  A test case in the Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation begins this week in federal court in New Orleans.  “The trial will concern property damage issues,” Rebecca Mowbray writes.  “Questions of health issues related to problem drywall will be handled in a later phase of the litigation.”
