  • Chinese drywall trial opens in Miami Thursday, June 10, 2010

    (Miami) Daily Business Review:  Jose Pagliery reports on opening statements in the trial of a Miami distributor of Chinese drywall filed by a Miami couple that says sulfide gas emissions from the material damaged their home.  Attorneys for the couple found documents showing Banner Supply told the manufacturer it would keep quiet about any health or odor problems resulting from the drywall.
