  • Congressional committee chair says he hasn’t gotten a “straight story” from J&J Friday, June 11, 2010

    New York Times:  Congressman Edolphus Towns (D-N.Y.) said Johnson & Johnson has held up an investigation the committee he chairs has undertaken into the company’s recent pediatric drug recalls and has provided misinformation at times.  Natasha Singer reports the company denies the charges.
