    Consumer Reports Health Blog:  Kevin McCarthy writes, “While many believe our courts are inundated with frivolous lawsuits, exhaustive studies show that most legal claims against doctors are legitimate grievances; that most of those claims that aren’t legitimate are successfully ferreted out of the system; and that, if anything, there are far more medical injuries that are never adjudicated, than there are frivolous lawsuits.”
