• Differing views on mandatory arbitration between Congress and Supreme Court Monday, June 14, 2010

    The National Law Journal:  “Since the mid-1980s, the divisive debate on the Court has been about whether arbitration should be restricted when important federal rights are at stake and when there is unequal bargaining power,” writes Marcia Coyle.  She says the U.S. Supreme Court and Congress “appear headed for collision over mandatory arbitration in consumer and employment contracts.”
