Director of fund for gulf oil catastrophe victims says payments must be made faster

New York Times: “Kenneth R. Feinberg, the newly appointed director of the fund set up to help victims in the gulf region said that he would work to make payouts faster,” Liz Robbins reports. Feinberg said, “Do not underestimate the anger and frustration of people in the Gulf, the uncertainty of not knowing what they’ll receive and when they’ll receive it.”
