Employers challenged on 401(k) administrative fees

Los Angeles Times: A federal judge ruled this month that employees of Edison International are entitled to refunds for excessive fees on their 401(k) retirement plans, in a case that could influence similar lawsuits that have been filed. The ruling could “turn up the pressure on employers to pay closer attention to 401(k) fees,” writes Walter Hamilton.
