Family wins award for pesticide’s damage to children

New Albany (Ind.) Tribune: A Southern Indiana family was awarded more than $23 million for medical problems suffered by two children after improper spraying of the pesticide Creal-o in their apartment. Matt Thacker writes the children, both preschoolers when they started having seizures, “suffered respiratory disorders, developmental delays, brain damage and seizures and still have serious health problems.”
