San Francisco Chronicle: A 21-year member of the Concord Police Department who has already won a settlement from the city in a sexual-discrimination suit has again sued the city, saying the Concord PD is “rife with overt hostility and disparate treatment toward female officers. And she’s not the only female officer now suing the city.
