  • Goldman Sachs faces class action suit for allegedly deceiving investors Monday, April 26, 2010

CNN Money:  A federal class action suit has been filed against Goldman Sachs on behalf of company shareholders, charging the company with “deceiving investors about the bank’s financial conditions,” writes Analyn Censky.  The suit is the result of fraud charges filed earlier this month by the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Plaintiffs accuse Goldman Sachs of failing to disclose the SEC’s investigation before the commission filed its lawsuit.
