• Haemophilia patients in Asia seek redress in US courts Friday, October 30, 2009

    The Guardian: People with haemophilia in Taiwan are appealing a decision by the US courts that says they cannot sue a multinational drugs firm in the United States over allegations that they contracted HIV from contaminated blood products that the company knowingly dumped in Asia.
