  • Latest to sue BP: shareholders Tuesday, May 11, 2010

    The National Law Journal:  Tresa Baldas reports a group of investors is filing a class action lawsuit against BP, claiming “the company’s allegedly poor safety record, coupled with the April 20 oil rig accident, could ultimately destroy the company.”  More than 70 civil suits have been filed against BP in the wake of the disaster.
