Washington Post: Ezra Klein writes Don Berwick, President Obama‘s choice to head the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services, is “a radical in favor of a patient-centered health-care system….More than any other individual in the country, it’s been Berwick who has pushed to see quality occupy roughly equal billing with cost and access.”
