Settlements expected in Chinese drywall case in Florida

Miami Herald: A homebuilder and a real estate company are expected to pay a total of more than $6 million to settle a class action suit over the use of defective Chinese drywall in South Florida houses. Nirvi Shah writes the agreement comes a week after a drywall manufacturer settled with two Louisiana homeowners whose cases were set for trial in federal court.
