  • Threat of malpractice suits doesn’t deter obstetricians Monday, February 1, 2010

    Huffington Post:  D. Brad Wright addresses the question, “Does Malpractice Alter Obstetric Practice?”  His answer:  “The threat of malpractice liability doesn’t appear to have any impact on the practice of obstetrics…we shouldn’t expect such tort reform to dramatically overhaul the practice of medicine in this country.”
