  • Toyota subject to new safety inquiry. Now, stalling is the issue Saturday, December 5, 2009

    Los Angeles Times: Toyota problem may be spreading. Ken Bensinger and Ralph Vartabedian of the LA Times report that federal safety officials have opened a probe into two models of Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles after drivers complained that their cars inexplicably stalled in traffic, sometimes at highway speeds. Matrix and Corollas now come under scrutiny.
