• Toyota’s own techs hit by unintended accelleration Thursday, October 28, 2010

    ABC News is reporting that Toyota southt to hush up problems with Sudden Unintended Acceleration by buying back two of its vehicles after its own technicians experienced the problem.

     The latest report follows numerous developments as lawsuits have moved forward against Toyota.

     In a related case, a man accused of manslaughter after his Toyota careened out of control was released from prison when authorities became convinced the true culprit was unintended acceleration. See the ABC News story below.
