Big Oil seeks to buy California public policy Tuesday, June 22, 2010
Texas oil giants Valero Energy Inc. and Tesoro Corp. won approval Tuesday for a ballot initiative that would overturn California’s 2006 groundbreaking global warming law to limit greenhouse emissions from cars, refineries and other contributors.
