Wal-Mart agrees to $86 million settlement with California employees

Bloomberg BusinessWeek: Karen Gullo reports Wal-Mart has “agreed to pay as much as $86 million to settle a class-action lawsuit claiming it failed to pay vacation and other wages owed to thousands of California employees when they left the company.” Lawyers for the class say about 232,000 former Wal-Mart employees will share in the settlement.
