    ABC NewsMatthew Mosk and Asa Eslocker report the West Virginia coal mine where 25 workers were killed in an explosion “had amassed scores of citations from mining safety officials, including 57 infractions just last month for violations that included repeatedly failing to develop and follow a ventilation plan.”  Massey Energy chief executive Don Blankenship told an ABC reporter who tried to interview him, “If you’re going to start taking pictures of me, you’re liable to get shot.”
