Huffington Post: Joanne Doroshow of the Center for Justice & Democracy describes how corporations that work to limit consumers’ legal rights are themselves quick to file suit when they feel wronged. “No one likes a hypocrite. But when groups advocate severe compensation “caps” for the little guy while running to court suing for millions of dollars because they feel they’ve been ripped off, what else can you call it?”
