Yaz lawsuit filed by woman with gallbladder failure

San Mateo Daily Times: A California woman has filed suit against Bayer Phamaceuticals, claiming she suffered gallbladder failure as a result of taking the company’s Yasmin (also known as Yaz) birth control pills. Louise Thanos says Bayer knew the pills were risky. She is one of hundreds of women around the country who have filed suits related to the drug.
